Refund Policy

For all products purchased and solutions offered, the refund process will be initiated only if the client had not received the license key from Apphitect. Apphitect' products are all downloadable/receivable software, and refund will not be issued if the files/license keys are already sent. The responsibility is upon the customer to understand and agree to the same before purchasing from our site.

The responsibility of setting up the server belongs to the customer. Apphitect will be responsible for server installation. However, in exceptional cases, the responsibility of both setting up of the server and the installation may have to be done by the client.

The ultimate decision of granting or rejecting a refund rests solely at the company's discretion.

The Following Situations warrant for a refund:

  • Non-receipt of files: If the client has not received the files from Apphitect, they may seek immediate assistance from Apphitect's technical team. If the customer desires so to opt for a refund, then "claim for non-delivery" must be submitted to Apphitect in writing within 3 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the product will be considered as received/downloaded.
  • Unable to Unzip files: Assistance can be sought from the technical team for unzipping the files or claim for refund to be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Functionality issues: In case of any functionalities malfunctioning or failing to function as stated in the website, the same must be intimated to the technical team. The issue resolution shall be done for free. Or the customer can seek refund by submitting a request in writing within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Support Issues: Where the client has not been provided any technical assistance or adequate response consecutively for more than 4 business days, then the client is by default entitled for a refund.
